Position Summary: Seeking Technical Support engineers to join our client's Support organization. The ideal candidate will have a variety of products in the M365 suite
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Response and Resolution
- You own, investigate and solve complex customer technical issues and act as a advisor to the customer, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices
Readiness
- You lead in building communities with peer delivery roles and share your knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching and mentoring of others.
- You deepen your technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve complex customer issues, through training and readiness.
Product/Process Improvement
- You engage with Engineering/ Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects and help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools driving product improvements
Qualifications:
- Must have good technical knowledge on different versions of SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 and, or Exchange on-premise servers administration (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016)
- Experience on Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory and, or Azure Active Directory Administration, ADFS, SSO configuration, Azure Identity Protection, Identity management, O365 identity, Azure MFA.
- Networking (HTTP, DNS, TCP, IP)
- Hands on experience in using OneDrive for Business and troubleshooting sync issues.
- Experience supporting large and complex geographically distributed enterprise environments with 1000+ users
